My Approach

I am an educator who is in a constant state of inquiry and creation. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to witness the birth of ideas, to test them, question them and refine them through experience. My journey as an educator, facilitator, and collaborator has been shaped by a deep commitment to self-actualisation—both in the classroom and in my own professional growth. 

HIGH QUALITY LEARNING

I believe that every educator can be a successful designer of high quality learning. My role is to provide the tools, insights, and provocations to supper them to create memorable learning.

PURPOSE

I value designing learning experiences built with purpose. I carefully craft sessions that not only inform but also inspire inquiry, reflection, and action.

COLLABORATION

I believe in high quality collaboration that allows me to team up with participants, making them the center of the experience and valuing their insights.

CLARITY

I believe that big ideas don’t have to be overwhelming. I strive to curate experiences that break down complexity into clear, actionable steps, making deep learning accessible and engaging.

IMPACT

I believe that change should be purposeful and lasting. I value purposeful collaboration to design processes that are both adaptable and deeply rooted in shared values and goals.
